All items shipped are photographed prior to shipping to verify condition as sent. Shipping: Items purchased from Margaret Rowe Couture Jewelry are shipped via Federal Express (FED EX). FED EX ships domestically in the United States as well as internationally. All packages can be tracked at www.fedex.com, given the tracking number emailed to purchaser after shipment date. All shipments are sent Fed Ex Ground (3-5 business day delivery) unless otherwise specified. All items shipped from Margaret Rowe Couture Jewelry are in new and perfect condition when shipped and assigned to Federal Express.
Damage: If an item has been damaged in transit, please contact Margaret Rowe Couture Jewelry and the shipper (usually Fed Ex) immediately. Keep all original packing material. The shipper will pick up the item for inspection. Do not return the item to Margaret Rowe Couture Jewelry as this will void any insurance. Any item returned to Margaret Rowe Couture Jewelry must be in the same condition as sent to purchaser without any adjustment or alteration to the item. A refund will not be issued for any item that has been damaged or altered.
Returns: Margaret Rowe Couture Jewelry is hand-crafted and, on many orders, made-to-order. If you are returning any merchandise from Margaret Rowe Couture Jewelry, please note & follow Returned Merchandise Guidelines below:
1. Please contact 310-804-8056 with regard to a return prior to shipping to receive an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) form. If you do not have an RMA, DO NOT SHIP. All RMAs are to be returned from the customer via Federal Express (Fed Ex) Ground, unless otherwise confirmed by Margaret Rowe Couture Jewelry.
2. Due to the hand-crafted, custom nature of Margaret Rowe Couture Jewelry, all items to be returned must be returned within seven (7) days from the Fed Ex tracked, confirmed date of delivery.
3. Upon return of the item(s) undamaged, purchaser will be issued a credit toward future purchases only, less a 15% restocking charge.
